My stay at the resort was a mix of wonderful moments and some frustrating experiences. The location by the backwaters is truly beautiful, and I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during our new year celebration. However, the pool maintenance was quite poor, leading to allergies, and the dining service left a lot to be desired with delayed meals and inconsistent food quality.
